I love to read articles and studies that help me understand why walking in the woods has been so beneficial for my work life. Putting these lessons into my own words help me reflect more deeply, and inspire ideas for ways I can apply this new knowledge in my own work and in my work as a team leader; encouraging new activities and shared practices. 

Each video in this library is designed to both stand alone as its own bundle of fun facts, as well as serve as a part of a larger discussion or activity, perhaps at a team retreat: enjoy them on a work break or as you get ready in the morning, or, if you’d like more engagement, pair them with an Activity Sheet with ideas for how you can incorporate the video in useful ways.
